Job summary

Sircle Collection in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead a small team of five and stay hands-on with daily IT operations across our locations. You’ll own ticket flow, implement a new system, and set clear KPIs to drive service quality while maintaining security and reliability.

We value a hands-on leader who builds a culture of collaboration, mentors staff, manages contracts, and partners with other departments to improve IT processes. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience (preferably in the hospitality, travel industry or retail).
• Excellent communication skills in English is required.
• General IT system administration experience.
• Knowledge of M365, Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Management, Windows Server.
• Experience with (implementing) ticket system.
• MacOs and JAMF knowledge is a plus.
• You currently live in or around Amsterdam and you’re eligible to work in the Netherlands.

• Implement and optimise a new ticketing system to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Set clear KPIs for the team, track progress and ensure service excellence.

• Support and maintain IT systems across the company, ensuring reliability and security.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to continuously improve IT support processes.
• Provide periodic out-of-hours and weekend support.

As our IT Support Manager, you’ll be the heart of our IT operations - leading a small, dedicated team of five while also staying close to the action yourself. You know how to build a team that feels empowered, connected and service-oriented, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve a ticket or improve a process. This role is based at our HQ in Amsterdam with hybrid working options and occasional travel to our hotels, offices and restaurants at various locations in Europe. You’ll take ownership of our ticket flow, help implement a new system where needed, and set clear, achievable KPIs that keep our support team running smoothly. You’re critical when it comes to contracts and vendor relationships, but always collaborative and approachable in your leadership. Above all, you’re a people person - someone who leads by example, inspires trust, and builds a culture of reliability and care across every interaction.
