Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Troubleshooter for a newly commissioned site in Sassenheim. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering with 3–7 years in pharma or equivalent industry.
• Multi-skilled with mechanical bias and hands-on equipment experience.
• Excellent English communication, Dutch preferred, and proficiency with MS Office/SAP.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate maintenance work with oversight.
• Independently perform first-line troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with production leaders to inform on status and priorities.
• Coordinate and implement corrective maintenance based on asset criticality.
• Maintain oversight of maintenance activities and ensure timely execution.
