Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in the Netherlands seeks a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to support a newly commissioned site in Sassenheim. You will troubleshoot, coordinate technicians and vendors, lead corrective maintenance, and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with GMP practices.

With a master’s or bachelor’s in engineering and 3–7 years’ pharma experience, you’ll communicate clearly with production teams in English (Dutch preferred) and organize maintenance activities for

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering with substantial industry experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across diverse equipment in a pharmaceutical/industrial setting.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch preferred; ability to coordinate customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• Lead first-line troubleshooting and coordinate with technicians, vendors, and peers.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
