Imagine your next role where you can truly make an impact as a passionate independent Maintenance Engineer Troubleshooter in a just commissioned facility. Step into a role where your skills will shape the future of Innovative Medicine at our new site in Sassenheim and the success of the maintenance department.
We're on the hunt for one Maintenance Engineer who have solid experience troubleshooting on various types of equipment, but can also coordinate and delegate well, and are able to manage clients/stakeholders. The site is going into actual manufacturing, and we need an engineer that supports this, together with colleagues from the main maintenance department (80 FTE) of the large site in Leiden of which you also will be part of. However, your sole focus will be the site in Sassenheim to ensure it gets the support it needs in this first operational phase. For that you will troubleshoot yourself, but very importantly also organize J&J technicians, vendors and peer maintenance engineers to do so. Some support on organizing preventive maintenance by others will also be part of your responsibilities. You will also actively suggest and implement improvements. The new site has (biotech) manufacturing equipment installed as well as utility installations. Your knowledge and experience are very welcome.
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and technical subjects or at least a post-secondary vocational (MBO-4) education in Engineering and Technical subjects (electrical, instrumentation or mechanical) with 3-7 years work experience in pharmaceutical or equivalent industry.
