Job summary

The Member Company in Breda is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to create and manage detailed 3D models for civil engineering or architectural projects. You will work with clients and stakeholders to optimize designs and support the construction team from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or architecture background, hands-on BIM experience (Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, Inventor, or Sofistik), and familiarity with visual scripting tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper.

Qualifications

• Completed education in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, Inventor, or Sofistik.
• Knowledge of Visual Scripting, Dynamo, or Grasshopper is a plus.
• Understanding of construction processes and construction techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Work experience with government, contractors, or engineering firms.
• Skilled at early identification of issues and pinpointing potential causes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models for civil engineering and architectural projects.
