Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Regional Design Manager to lead the design function across our Data Centre portfolio in the Netherlands. You will oversee Design Management Teams and Package Managers, guiding governance, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with DPD, ISS, and operations.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, technical guidance, and continuous improvement while integrating sustainable design standards and innovation into regional delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Design Management or related subject.
• Professional qualification (RIBA, MCIOB, Engineers Ireland or equivalent).
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in design management within the construction industry, preferably with Data Centre experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for design management operations.
• LeadPreconstruction Design reviews into Design Delivery stage with governance across D&B projects.
• Review monthly design reports and translate into BU plans for board review.
• Act as primary liaison with Digital Project Delivery, Information Management, and Sustainable Design.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies.
