Job summary

Go Office in Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support customers across the North American market on energy, heat pumps and solar solutions. You will work 24-32 hours per week, in a multicultural international team, and communicate with customers in English and Spanish in a professional and friendly manner.

The office is located in central Amsterdam. You will document inquiries, help resolve issues, and contribute to knowledge base while providing high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Approximately 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Available from 1 December and able to work 24–32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently in English and Spanish.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email and chat in a clear, customer-oriented manner.
• Support customers with questions related to energy, heat pumps and solar solutions.
• Document customer information and interactions in the relevant systems.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and ensure information is accurate and easy to find.
