Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams working remotely from Greece. The role involves handling customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, offering after-sales and technical support, and maintaining CRM case records.

You will work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with training and relocation support. Competency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1) is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Create and manage customer cases in CRM systems
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when necessary
