Job summary

Atos is seeking a Medior Bid Manager for Demands to lead proposals across the BNN region with a focus on the Netherlands. The role requires turning diverse inputs into clear, contract-compliant quotations while coordinating inputs from technical, legal, commercial and other teams.

You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, managing timelines and quality, and developing a deep understanding of contract requirements and unit pricing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in bid management or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to bring structure to information.
• Ability to understand commercial, contractual, and pricing information.
• Strong proposal-writing and editing skills.
• Commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Fluency: Dutch native and English required.
• Experience with bid management tools, automation, or AI-driven solutions is an advantage.
• Affinity with IT services.
• NATO clearance is required; previous clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bid process for Demands, from receiving the Demand through to final Quotation submission.
• Review customer Demands, identify requirements, and collect additional information or clarification where needed.
• Break down the scope of work, and plan the activities in line with the customer deadlines.
• Coordinate contributions fromtechnical, legal, commercial, and other stakeholders, ensuring inputs are complete and delivered on time.
• Consolidate and structure all inputs into acoherent, high-quality, timely, and contract-compliant Quotation.
• Manage the relevantapproval processes, both within the Account Team and wider Rainbow, ensuring all required approvals are obtained before submission.
• Over time, develop a clear understanding of contract requirements and unit pricing to be applied in the Quotations.
• Capture lessons learned to supportcontinuous improvement of the bidding process.
