Job summary

Atos, a global technology leader, is seeking a Bid Manager in the Netherlands with a strong background in RFI/RFP processes and EU tenders. You will coordinate stakeholders across sales, legal, finance, and delivery to ensure compliant, timely responses. AI-enabled bid tools and governance improvements are a focus.

You will work in a flexible hybrid/remote setup with occasional travel to Eindhoven and Amstelveen for collaboration, shaping our bidding approach and driving deals in the NL region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environments.
• Experience working on EU tenders.
• Able to clearly explain and apply bid compliance in EU tenders, including documentation control, governance and submission rules.
• 3–10+ years’ experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO roles.
• Experience working in structured, deadline-driven environments.
• APMP certification at Foundation or Practitioner level is an advantage.
• Strong writing, editing and information-structuring skills.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own bids end-to-end: from qualification through submission.
• Act as the central driver of governance, approvals, and formal compliance.
• Ensure responses meet all client, legal, and procurement requirements.
• Coordinate sales, delivery, legal, finance, and technical stakeholders.
• Write, edit, and structure bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
• Identify risks early and guide teams toward practical solutions.
• Continuously improve bid processes and integrate AI-enabled tools.
