Job summary

L’Oréal Benelux is seeking a Sales Support Professional for the Dermatological Beauty division. You will act as the operational and administrative hub between Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Data Management, ensuring accurate data flows across core systems such as Kepler/Salesforce, SAP and Boost.

You will manage promotions, pricing conditions and materials, optimise sales processes, and maintain data quality while supporting Business Partners and field activities across the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, commerce or data-related field.
• Interest & passion: A clear passion for commercial dynamics and sales processes in FMCG/Beauty/Pharma.
• Analytical & accurate: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy with figures and contracts.
• Systems skills: Excel; experience with SAP, CRM/Salesforce (Kepler) and BI/reporting tools.
• Process-oriented & pragmatic: Able to bring structure to complex processes and improve efficiency.
• Communication & networking: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a real team player.
• Languages: Dutch and English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Set up and coordinate activations/promotions from briefing to full registration in Kepler (Salesforce) and related systems.
• Prepare and distribute standard order forms and campaign documentation.
• Coordinate Supply Chain and POS tracking; maintain PLV/POS codes and related documents.
• Place product orders through internal orders for Business Partners.
