Fluence invites a BESS Service Engineer Intern to join the Service team to support operational and technical activities for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will assist in maintenance planning, OEM coordination, spare parts management, and service documentation while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing renewables business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in renewable energy, BESS, and service operations.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling maintenance activities and coordinating with OEMs/service partners.
• Support spare parts ordering, deliveries, and site equipment readiness.
• Maintain service documentation, work orders, and maintenance reports.
• Participate in site visits and customer meetings as part of learning.
