Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in intelligent energy storage and optimization software, seeks a Manager Services to lead regional service operations under LTSA across multiple countries. You will guide Service O&M Supervisors, oversee subcontractors and warranties, and ensure safe, compliant, and high‑performing BESS assets, while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or Master’s with several years in service/ops.
• Experience leading regional or multi-site service/O&M teams.
• Experience managing LTSA/O&M contracts for complex assets.
• Strong commercial/financial understanding incl. warranty management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service O&M Supervisors and ensure safe, high-quality service execution across sites.
• Own LTSA execution and ensure contractual scope and performance obligations.
• Act as primary customer interface, manage relationships and escalations.
• Drive regional service KPIs: availability, safety, and use of digital tools.
• Plan regional operations, allocate resources, and coordinate service activities.
• Manage warranty obligations (claims, extensions) and coordinate with vendors.
• Lead subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance across the region.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, KPIs and safety across all countries.
• Support regional service strategy, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
