Fluence Energy, LLC is offering an internship focused on supporting the Service team in maintenance planning, OEM coordination, and documentation for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role provides hands-on experience in service operations within a fast-growing renewable energy industry.

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics engineering.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and BESS service.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and drawings.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning preventive and reactive maintenance for BESS.
• Coordinate with partners and OEMs; track maintenance actions.
• Support spare parts ordering and delivery tracking.
• Submit technical support requests and follow up with OEMs.
• Maintain service documentation and work order records.
• Help track outages, maintenance events, and warranty claims.
• Aid in preparing service reports and maintenance plans.
• Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Learn BESS components and interpret technical docs.
