Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate engineering activities for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and power infrastructure projects across the EMEA region. You will act as the technical interface between internal teams, external partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in engineering or project execution in energy, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, project engineering, or project execution within power/renewable energy/storage sectors.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of EPC project execution and familiarity with electrical codes/standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage engineering activities for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and power infrastructure projects across the EMEA region.
Serve as the technical interface between internal teams, external engineering partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
Lead design review meetings and ensure deliverables meet contractual and quality standards.
Escalate and resolve engineering issues impacting project performance.
Support safety initiatives and contribute to cross-functional process improvements.
