Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist Advanced Therapy Solutions (F/M) to advance breakthrough therapies across the Benelux region. This field-based role requires travel of more than 50% and focuses on identifying opportunities, leading technical evaluations, and shaping deals in collaboration with Central Sales.

We expect a Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Engineering, proven technical sales experience, strong communication, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in technical sales, applications consulting, or pre-sales.
• Proven hunter with strong technical depth across product portfolios.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French are strong assets.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and qualify complex opportunities across assigned Benelux markets.
• Lead advanced technical evaluations, trials and workflow assessments.
• Co-lead commercial offers with Central Sales providing technical inputs.
• Engage in market development and identify emerging use cases.
• Ensure smooth pre- to post-adoption transition and handover to Central Sales.
