Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec BeNeLux seeks an Application Specialist Clinical Solutions to support sales growth and customer success in the Benelux region. Based in the Netherlands with travel, you will lead demonstrations, trainings and field support across the full clinical workflow.

You bring a strong background in cell & gene therapy, GMP knowledge, and excellent communication to build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in a relevant field with GMP knowledge desirable.
• Cell & Gene Therapy and cell culture experience is essential.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Dutch a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively within Benelux (Netherlands focus).

Responsibilities

• Provide instrument demonstrations, technical trainings and in-field support.
• Develop GMP-compliant cell therapy workflows aligned with customer needs.
• Support complaint investigations and maintain customer database updates.
• Represent Miltenyi at conferences and coordinate product demonstrations with Account Managers.
