Job summary

Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist Advanced Therapy Solutions (F/M) for a field-based role in the Benelux region. The position requires >50% travel and focuses on advancing breakthrough therapies with strong technical engagement.

You will lead complex opportunities, shape customer workflows, and collaborate with Central Sales to develop compelling offers, while maintaining fluency in English and regional language assets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in technical sales, applications consulting, or pre-sales.
• Proven hunter and influencer with strong technical depth.
• Ability to shape customer workflows and win competitive deals.
• Strong communication, consultative selling, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel >50% across Benelux.
• Fluent English; French or Dutch are assets.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and qualify complex opportunities across assigned markets by identifying whitespace and high-value prospects.
• Lead advanced technical evaluations, trials, and workflow assessments to shape requirements.
• Drive technical deal shaping and competitive positioning to increase win rate.
• Co-lead commercial offer development with Central Sales using data-driven inputs.
• Identify emerging use cases and market trends to inform product positioning.
• Ensure smooth pre- to post-adoption transition and handover to Central Sales.
• Provide technical input to contracts to ensure feasibility and defined scope.
