Job summary

Personio is seeking an Account Executive for Benelux in Amsterdam. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and offers a mix of in-person and remote work.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, targeting small and medium businesses in the Benelux region. You will build a robust pipeline, understand customer HR needs, demonstrate Personio's value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial selling experience in software
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Ambitious and results-driven with Benelux focus
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline in Benelux by identifying new business opportunities
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract
• Assess customer HR challenges and position Personio’s value
• Close deals and negotiate favorable terms
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, SDRs, Implementation, and Account Management
