Job summary

XPENG is seeking a Business Support & Operation Specialist for the Benelux region to ensure efficient procurement, financing, and expense processes. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Sales and Marketing, aligning workflows across markets while maintaining compliance and data-driven decision support.

You will contribute to vehicle-related cost tracking, reports, and resource optimization, in a dynamic, international team focused on growth in Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Experience in business support, procurement or finance operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement, payment and expense processes across markets.
• Assist vehicle administration: allocation, leasing, insurance and costs.
• Coordinate internal systems and ensure timely process progress.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and risk controls.
• Analyze procurement, budget and vehicle data and prepare reports.
• Serve as operational contact for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination between markets, HQ and Finance.
• Support daily operational issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
