Job summary

J&T Express in Amsterdam is hiring a business development professional to identify and onboard franchise partners, expanding our regional network across the Benelux.

You will visit sites, monitor operations, track KPIs, and coordinate with sorting centers and customer service to maintain service quality. Fluent English is required, Dutch or French a plus; travel frequently across Benelux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in express delivery, or network management on the Dutch Market.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Strong data analysis, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Benelux region.
• A valid local driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new franchise partners to expand the regional network.
• Conduct site visits to monitor operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Track KPIs, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage franchise partner relationships and support outlet development.
• Coordinate with sorting centers, transport teams, and customer service to resolve issues.
• Monitor peak-season capacity and manage operational risks.
• Prepare regular performance reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
