J&T Express is seeking a Network Quality KPI Specialist to monitor and improve network service quality and KPI performance. The role requires data-driven analysis, cross-regional collaboration, and the ability to translate platform requirements into actionable standards for regional teams and network sites.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in express/logistics, strong Excel data skills, and fluency in English, with Dutch/French as a plus.

• Track inbound/outbound parcel data and identify risks to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to drive corrective actions and ensure platform standards are met.
• Organize training and capability development based on regional performance needs.
