Job summary

sennder is seeking a Country Manager, Benelux in Amsterdam to drive performance and growth for the Benelux market. You will own both commercial and operational health, partner with operations, commercial, tech, finance, and People teams, and ensure a high-performing local organization.

You will lead carrier operations and commercial accounts, shape strategy, and report to senior leadership. Fluency in Dutch and English is required in a fast-scaling, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation, with ownership of P&L and growth responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead carrier operations and commercial accounts in a regional market.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and growth of sennder's Benelux business, including commercial and operational health.
• Lead carrier operations and commercial account management with a focus on efficiency, growth, and service quality.
• Own the P&L for the Benelux region, set targets, and drive performance across volume and margins.
• Build relationships with carriers, brokers, and partners; represent sennder at industry events.
