Job summary

Carter Murray is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for the Benelux market to drive go-to-market execution across CPM, EPM, ERP, and financial transformation solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, build relationships with senior finance stakeholders, coordinate with marketing and delivery teams, and develop regional GTM plans with OneStream and ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of successful B2B sales or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature and account expansion.
• Collaborate with the Customer Account Manager Benelux to develop and execute regional go-to-market plans.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and align solutions to business needs.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across target organizations.
• Support local demand generation activities, campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
• Lead the RFI, RFP, and proposal process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality submissions.
• Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships, particularly with OneStream and relevant ecosystem partners.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through HubSpot CRM.
