Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Social Media Operations Specialist to lead BeLux market activities, including content planning, publishing, community engagement and creator collaborations. You will partner with creative, marketing, PR and dealer teams to execute campaigns from briefing to reporting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.

The role focuses on BeLux growth in a fast-moving automotive environment, requiring fluency in English and Dutch/French, and strong project management

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, digital marketing or creator economy.
• Internships or agency exposure welcome.
• Solid understanding of major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Familiarity with content calendars, publishing tools and analytics.
• Interest in content creation, community building and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day social media operations for BeLux (Belgium/Luxembourg) markets.
• Develop and manage content calendars, publishing schedules and campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing, PR and partners on content briefs.
• Engage communities, manage creators and influencer partnerships.
• Monitor performance and optimize content based on data insights.
• Support product launches and event communications across platforms.
