BYD Company is seeking a Zone Manager Aftersales BeLux to strengthen aftersales across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will support dealer partners, improve service performance and craft customer-centric aftersales programs while ensuring adherence to BYD/Denza standards.

You will travel frequently, manage regional service networks, and collaborate with HQ to report on performance. A senior, multi-lingual candidate with keen communication skills will thrive in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or proven equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a similar role in automotive or e-mobility sectors.
• Excellent written and spoken English, French and Dutch; strong cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate aftersales across BeLux (Belgium & Luxembourg).
• Support dealer partners, monitor KPIs and service performance, drive improvements.
• Develop and implement aftersales propositions, training and tools for network reliability.
