Job summary

Geely Auto Europe is seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager to lead and develop our aftersales operations across the Benelux region. You will strengthen our service network, raise customer satisfaction, and ensure high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.

Based in Amsterdam, you will implement regional strategies, manage dealer relationships, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Technical, and HQ teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive aftersales, dealer network management, or service operations.
• Strong understanding of aftersales processes, including warranty, spare parts, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Benelux region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional aftersales strategies and business plans.
• Build, manage, and optimize the authorized dealer and service partner network across Benelux.
• Monitor service performance, customer satisfaction, and aftersales KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee spare parts availability, warranty management, technical support, and service quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Technical, and HQ teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage regional aftersales budgets, reporting, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
