Job summary

Geely Europe in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager to lead and grow Aftersales across the Benelux region. You will strengthen the service network, improve customer satisfaction, and uphold high service quality and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will develop regional strategies, manage dealer and partner networks, monitor KPIs, and oversee parts, warranty and technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in automotive aftersales or service operations.
• Strong understanding of aftersales processes, warranty, parts, and service.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional aftersales strategies and business plans.
• Build, manage, and optimize the authorized dealer and service partner network across Benelux.
• Monitor service performance, customer satisfaction, and aftersales KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee spare parts availability, warranty management, technical support, and service quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Technical, and HQ teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage regional aftersales budgets, reporting, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Aftersales Manager to lead and develop our aftersales operations across the Benelux region. • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Benelux region.
