• Minimum of 6 months in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead briefings/handovers to keep team informed for the day.
• Take guest orders and upsell menu items or promotions.
• Manage stock requests: ordering, receiving and distribution of supplies.
• Handle cash procedures including closing payments and deposits.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
