Job summary

Hilton Rotterdam is looking for a Banquets Waiter to ensure flawless banqueting and conference events in the city centre. You will prep and service, following the Banqueting Supervisor's directives, and handle guest feedback in a professional manner.

You’ll contribute to a clean, organized work environment and learn about Hilton's F&B outlets. Experience in hospitality, preferably five-star, and a passion for guest service are desired.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering the best service to guests.
• Willingness to learn about different F&B outlets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth sequence of all banqueting and conference activities, including preparation, service, and post-event follow-up.
• Follow directives and guidelines issued by the Banqueting Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and handle guest complaints with professionalism.

• Likes to work in a clean and organized working environment
• Can handle guest complaints and provide a follow up to the BQT Supervisor
