Hilton Garden Inn Leiden is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless events.

You will mentor and coach staff, coordinate with colleagues and guests, and uphold Hilton standards while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service, efficiency, and memorable moments for conferences and gatherings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as shift leader/supervisor in a Food & Beverage environment.
• A genuine team player capable of building and motivating a team.
• Autonomous and responsible.
• “Hands on” mentality: proactive and not shy of challenges.
• Good knowledge of wine and food.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Flexible, also available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service across all F&B outlets.
• Serve as primary contact for staff, temp workers and guests.
• Train and coach team, offering constructive feedback to promote development.
• Motivate team to achieve shared goals and support events and conferences.
