Job summary

BUZZ Power Banks is expanding its hybrid B2B sales team in Amsterdam, focusing on HoReCa and entertainment venues where Buzz stations operate. You will balance outbound prospecting with on-site visits, building lasting partnerships and helping venues activate and grow their Buzz locations.

The role emphasizes a hunter mindset, relationship-building, and clear processes, with English fluency required and Dutch knowledge a strong plus. A modern Amsterdam office and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset with ability to open new doors and drive deals.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language is a plus.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Experience in B2B sales, horeca or venue partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new venues via calls, messages, visits, and meetings with owners/managers.
• Qualify leads and move them through the funnel to signed locations.
• Support door-to-door and on-site meetings with senior sales colleagues.
• Represent Buzz to explain product, value proposition, and placement logic.
• Onboard and activate new partners; drive upgrades and referrals.
• Maintain CRM with calls, deals, stages, and follow-ups; support pipeline updates.
