Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise deals across Europe for Labeling and Sustainable Packaging solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with top FMCG brands and retailers, acting as a trusted advisor to decision-makers to secure strategic partnerships.

The role is hybrid, based at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, NL, or remotely from Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany or France. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 9+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales in labels/packaging.
• Proven track record with major FMCG brands and European retailers.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise opportunities with top FMCG brands and retailers in Europe.
• Maintain relationships with procurement, packaging development, and brand teams.
• Drive lead generation and manage a robust pipeline; collaborate with sales teams.
• Identify unmet needs and advise on product development and positioning.
• Navigate long enterprise cycles and translate sustainability initiatives into wins.
