Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise-level sales for labeling and sustainable packaging across Europe. The role blends strategic account development with cross-functional collaboration, targeting top FMCG brands and major retailers.

You will build a robust pipeline, nurture executive-level relationships, and shape market positioning while enjoying hybrid work options from the European HQ in Oegstgeest or remotely across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 9+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales or business development in labels/packaging.
• Proven track record with leading FMCG brands and major European retailers.

Responsibilities

• Leverage network to build relationships with decision-makers across FMCGs, retailers, and contract manufacturers.
• Drive lead generation, maintain a strong pipeline, and manage accounts in SFDC.
• Identify unmet needs and provide insights for product development and market positioning.
• Navigate long enterprise cycles and translate sustainability initiatives into commercial wins.
• Collaborate with sales to transfer opportunities to the converter channel.
