Job summary

Fokker Services Group is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering activities on EPIC aerospace projects. You will guide technical execution, own the SoW after contract award, and collaborate with Proposal, Sales, Production, and Procurement teams to meet cost, schedule and quality targets.

You will manage risks, ensure certification progress, and drive continuous improvements while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across multi-project portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in aerospace, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proven experience in EPIC project environments.
• Knowledge of contract and change management.
• Project management capability at IPMA Level C.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Support Proposal and Sales Managers in early project phases with technical feasibility assessments.
• Own the engineering SoW after contract award and manage execution within cost/schedule/quality.
• Develop and maintain Engineering Plan and PSP with Production Lead and Procurement.
• Identify, manage and mitigate technical risks across phases.
• Coordinate change management for out-of-scope work and support commercial alignment.
• Monitor certification processes with internal/external stakeholders and drive lessons learned.
