Job summary

Fokker Services Group in the Netherlands seeks a Project Leader Production CES to oversee Installation & Commissioning of complex aircraft projects, typically €10–€50 million, within the CES – Completion and Engineering Services department.

You will work with the Overall Project Manager and AMRO/CMRO teams, ensure technical scope, planning, cost and quality targets, manage risks, and drive structured close-out and continuous improvement in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and/or modification environments.
• Experience in managing or supporting EPIC projects.
• Project management capability at IPMA Level C.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and empower teams.
• Solid understanding of FAA/EASA Part 21 and Part 145 regulations.
• Commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support Proposal and Sales Managers during early project phases with technical input.
• Own the technical Scope of Work during Installation and Commissioning.
• Develop and maintain Installation & Commissioning Plan and PSP.
• Collaborate with Planner, Project Engineer, Process Engineer and Procurement on detailed planning.
• Proactively manage technical risks during I&C and earlier phases.
• Forecast short- and long-term resources and communicate load to AMRO/CMRO.
• Contribute to close-out activities and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned.
• Report progress, risks and actions to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
