Job summary

Netcompany in Amsterdam is seeking an Audio Visual Support Specialist to ensure smooth AV operations at client sites and during virtual meetings.

You will provide remote and on-site support for AV equipment, troubleshoot issues, train users, manage licenses, and coordinate with IT and maintenance teams to resolve incidents in a timely manner.

A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar AV role.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Experience with proximity onsite support.
• Proficiency in Webex, Microsoft Office and Teams; and Active Directory (Microsoft and Azure).

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for AV equipment and tools.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to audio visual affairs.
• Escalate to 3rd line application maintenance when required.
• Coordinate activities with users or maintenance teams to resolve incidents.
• Provide AV services for multimedia and manage licenses and accounts.
• Provide end-user training for AV services (Webex, Meet & Talk, room equipment).
• Perform daily functionality checks of conference rooms (8 rooms, 40 to 250 seats).
• Roaming in-room support for 40 conference rooms and virtual meetings support.
