Overview

On-Site IT & AV Support Technician – Amsterdam – 2-year contract for a leading corporate client in Amsterdam. Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (On-Site).

Role: On-site AV and related IT systems support, keeping technology running, training end-users, and resolving issues quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor Fusion software daily and take action when needed


• Check in with IT & Facilities teams to address issues


• Respond to on-site support requests within SLA timeframes


• Provide hands-on AV training to end-users + run weekly sessions


• Troubleshoot and fix AV system/equipment failures


• Swap faulty equipment with spares and liaise with repair teams


• Perform daily equipment checks in all rooms


• Complete planned maintenance and submit daily reports


• Escalate IT/network/environmental issues to the right teams


• Keep the SBS Support Desk updated on all activity

What You Won’t Do

• Repair IT/network/environmental systems outside AV scope


• Modify AV system design without SBS approval


• Attempt repairs on AV equipment under the manufacturer's warranty

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• Fluent English (Dutch is a bonus)


• Proven IT & AV technical support experience


• Strong troubleshooting skills


• Able to work independently on-site

Nice to Have

• Fusion software experience


• Corporate AV/IT background
