Job summary

Heuvelman is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and optimise audiovisual systems at client locations across the Netherlands. You will perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose issues, and advise clients on improvements, ensuring minimal disruption and high service quality.

The role requires an MBO level qualification in a relevant field, technical AV knowledge, and strong Dutch language skills. A 40-hour workweek, travel allowance, and device provision are included.

Qualifications

• MBO level qualification or equivalent in electrical engineering, audiovisual technology, or a related field.
• Certificate of Conduct (VOG) required and renewed every three years.
• Technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment and systems.
• Strong time management skills to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems at client sites.
• Inform clients about system status and potential improvements; respond to issues quickly.
• Document findings and service reports in the ERP system; contribute to knowledge sharing.
