Job summary

Hikvision Europe B.V. is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Hoofddorp to lead a highly automated, Goods-to-Person warehouse operation. You will oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency while meeting customer requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage a team, and collaborate with IT, robotics providers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize performance and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and managing daily operational performance.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or Goods-to-Person warehouse systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI performance across the warehouse.
• Manage staffing, capacity planning, and safety, ensuring service levels and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, maintenance, robotics providers, transport partners, and customer service.
• Oversee escalation, incidents, and operational exceptions with timely corrective actions.
