Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading a Supervisor and indirectly managing multiple Team Leaders and Warehouse Operators.
• Initiating and driving continuous improvement and change management projects.
• Making decisions that contribute to a safe, high-quality and productive warehouse operation.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to continuously optimize service levels.
• Analyzing results, managing KPIs and delivering sustainable improvements across the operation.
