Job summary

Salve.Lab in Den Haag, Netherlands, seeks an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations and lead a two-person team in a hands-on role. You will oversee stock accuracy, inbound/outbound goods, and internal logistics between the warehouse and workshop, focusing on high-value technical components.

Ideal candidates have around 5 years in warehousing, with supervisory experience in technical or spare-parts environments, fluent Dutch and professional English, and a valid driving

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing / logistics / stock management.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a small team.
• Fluent/native Dutch and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small warehouse team of two employees in day-to-day operations.
• Manage incoming goods, order preparation and dispatches to customers.
• Coordinate internal logistics between the warehouse and technical workshop.
• Maintain accurate stock control across finished products and spare parts.
• Ensure traceability of high-value inventory and materials.
• Coordinate movement of components to workshop and back for assembly or shipment.
• Support a separate short-term rental operation logistics.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and collaborate with other departments.
