Job summary

Brainboss is seeking a Medior Atlassian Consultant to guide clients through migrations, Agile enablement, and portfolio-level change. You will translate business needs into tailored Atlassian solutions and act as a strategic advisor across multiple sectors.

You will work on designing integrated Jira/Confluence/Jira Service Management ecosystems, lead cloud migrations, and provide end-user training to maximize value for clients. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Agile roles (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS).
• 2+ years as Atlassian expert.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1).
• Consultancy and client-facing experience preferred.
• Atlassian certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• PSM I or PSPO I a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and redesign IT landscapes to identify inefficiencies and integration opportunities.
• Bridge business processes with Atlassian tools for optimal outcomes.
• Advise clients on tooling consolidation by replacing legacy systems with Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management.
• Lead end-to-end solution design from discovery to rollout and optimization within Atlassian suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tooling with strategic goals.
• Stay ahead of Atlassian innovations and translate them into client value.
• Lead cloud migrations and integrations with other systems.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support.

As an Atlassian Consultant, your expertise goes beyond implementation, translating complex business needs into tailored Atlassian solutions. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, solving complex business and IT challenges by designing integrated solutions that consolidate tooling and maximize the value of the Atlassian ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and redesign IT landscapes to identify inefficiencies, overlaps, and integration opportunities.
• Achieve optimal connection between business processes and Atlassian tools.
• Advise clients on tooling consolidation by replacing legacy systems with Atlassian solutions Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management.
• Lead end-to-end solution design: from discovery, requirement gathering and architecture to rollout and optimization within Atlassian suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Atlassian tooling with business processes and strategic goals.
• Stay ahead of Atlassian innovations and translate them into client value.
• Lead cloud migrations and integrations with other systems.
• Providing user training to help customers get the most out of their Jira, Confluence or Jira Service Management environment.
• Provide user training and handle support requests during and post implementation.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS), of which 2+ years of experience as an Atlassian expert role.
• Have a higher education degree (Bachelor or Master).
• Are fluent in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level spoken and written).
• Experience in consultancy and client-facing roles is preferred.
• Have strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and change/PPM/SPM management principles.
• Thrive in dynamic environments and solving complex challenges.
• Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Have a passion for continuous learning and staying current with the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Have Atlassian certifications and/or accreditations, or are at least willing to acquire them.
• Having PSM I or PSPO I certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture, integrations, and business process modelling.
• Have proven experience with scripting, automation, or plug-in development is a plus.
