Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in IT project delivery.
Proven track record in facilitating workshops and delivering training.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence during project phases.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Jira & Confluence, including workflows.
Translate business needs into tool configurations and process improvements.
Deliver project tasks, including workshops and technical documentation.
Collaborate to gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
Track risks and ensure configurations meet quality standards.
