Job summary

Chicago Atlantic is building an Athens-based European office to lead AI-first portfolio monitoring and restructuring work for family offices and mid-sized funds. You will own the client relationship, map finance workflows to buildable specs, and shepherd AI-driven insights from concept to production.

You have 3–8 years in restructuring, credit or valuation, with strong stakeholder management and a builder’s mindset to shape Europe’s first office and grow the team.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in restructuring, credit or valuation.
• Experience with portfolio monitoring and distressed assets.
• Ability to translate finance processes into product specs.
• Client-facing experience with CIOs or senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Europe office build and culture in Athens.
• Own client relationships with family offices and funds.
• Turn workflows into buildable specs and reusable playbooks.
• Define AI-driven monitoring and restructuring workflows.
