Job summary

Value Partner in Amsterdam seeks a senior Value Partner to lead client relationships and shape major AI transformation programmes across Europe.

You will build business cases for AI value, design operating models and roadmaps, and work with consulting and technical teams from strategy through delivery.

This entrepreneurial environment rewards hands-on delivery and strong commercial sense, with Dutch market experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Approximately 15+ years of experience across consulting, transformation or technology-led advisory.
• Strong experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Background across AI, digital transformation, operating model change or enterprise technology.
• Comfortable moving from strategy into execution, not stopping at advisory.
• Strong commercial instincts across client development, scoping and pricing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships across complex AI and transformation programmes.
• Build business cases around where AI can create measurable value.
• Shape operating models, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Work closely with consulting and technical teams through delivery.
• Support business development, proposition development and commercial shaping.
• Help grow senior client relationships and open new opportunities.
• Coach and develop teams while setting a high standard for client delivery.
