Job summary

On seeks a senior retail operations professional to drive and support store initiatives, partnering with regional management and leadership to strengthen our expanding retail network. You will develop teams, manage inventory, lead change, own SOPs and content, and help build a robust, scalable store framework for the future.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in retail, with experience in the sports industry being a plus.
• Strong experience in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams from start to finish.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by proactively monitoring sell-through rates and product flow in store.
• Plan visual change-outs in advance and address updates for sell-through optimization daily.
• Oversee all talent-related matters including time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
• Ensure effective in-store training delivered by the training lead.
• Implement development plans for team leads to support growth and performance.
• Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors, and deliver onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure optimum team coverage by creating and managing schedules.
• Implement action plans to maintain high team engagement based on engagement surveys.
• Maintain high stock accuracy and BoH operational efficiency.
• Lead development and management of the BoH team.
• Collaborate with product operations for smooth product transport.
• Oversee stock counts and investigate discrepancies.

What We Offer

The base salary for this position is €41,000-€52,000. Individual compensation offers will be calculated pro-rata, and may vary based on pre-determined, objective assessment criteria for the role.
