Job summary

adidas opens a new store in Alexandrium, Rotterdam, seeking a Sales Consultant to welcome customers and guide them to the right gear. You’ll bring energy, product knowledge, and a customer‑first mindset to every interaction.

You’ll support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store operations, while building brand loyalty and helping achieve store goals. Flexible weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sport or fashion retail.
• Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
• Motivated by targets and knowledge of store KPIs.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness.
