Job summary

Phenom, an AI-powered talent experience platform, is seeking an Associate Solution Architect to join the One Global Delivery team in a full-time on-site Rotterdam role. You will bridge business problems and technical solutions, work across cross-functional teams, and participate in client calls to define integrations and platform customization.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience with APIs, web services, and SaaS architectures, with familiarity in cloud computing and programming

• Freshly graduated or 1–2 years of API, Web Services, SSO and integration tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and clients to clarify needs and gather requirements for platform implementation.
• Analyze client requirements and challenges and evaluate short- and long-term impact.
• Build and deploy integrations in customer environments and configure the Phenom platform.
• Define success measures with customers and track platform ROI.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support documentation and process improvements for scalability.

The Solution Architecture team plays an integral role in the end-to-end customer journey, including pre-sales support, implementation, as well as customer upsells and renewals

If you like to tackle complex business challenges, solve sticky technical problems, and provide expert consultation, this is the role for you. We're looking for a full-time phenomenal Associate Solution Architect to join our One Global Delivery team! Part technologist, part consultant, the Solution Architect plays a vital role providing technical expertise for all major client projects. You will participate in client calls and work cross-functionally across the entire organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and clients to clarify needs, lead technical and integration discovery, and gather requirements for platform implementation and integration with existing technology stacks.
• Analyze client requirements and challenges, recommend effective solutions, and evaluate their short- and long-term impact.
• Act as a Forward Deployment Engineer by building and deploying integrations in customer environments and configuring the Phenom platform to meet customer needs.
• Partner with customers to define success measures and track the platform’s business impact and ROI.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and requirements clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support operational excellence through documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams across time zones to meet project milestones, manage competing priorities across multiple projects, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Build expertise in SaaS architecture, integration services, and industry best practices.

What You've Done

• Freshly graduated or have 1-2 years of experience working with APIs, methods such as Web Services (REST, SOAP), SSO, and integration tools.
• Demonstrated eagerness to build a career in Solution Architecture, with exposure to SaaS, microservices, or multi-tenancy architecture as a plus.
• Proven ability to engage in consultative discussions, manage client relationships, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, basic programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python), web technologies, SFTP, and email server integrations.
• Contributed to creating technical documentation and refining processes for better scalability and efficiency.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition or HR technologies.
• Experience in a global team environment, working with diverse teams and time zones

• This is an on-site role that requires working from the Rotterdam office 5 days a week.
