YOUR ROLE

As an experienced and proactive PLM Architect, your role is to lead the global roll-out of Siemens Teamcenter for our clients. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust Teamcenter environments to support enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions across multiple regions. You will work across diverse industries and will collaborate with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading the end-to-end implementation of Siemens Teamcenter solutions in the process and discrete manufacturing industry.
• Conduct technical and functional discussions with customers through workshops and pilot sessions to finalize implementation and integration strategies.
• Design and architect solutions by mapping current customer business processes with PLM capabilities and features.
• Write functional and technical specifications meticulously and obtain customer acceptance.
  
  

YOU PROFILE

• We are looking for a professional who is driven by optimizing manufacturing cycles through world class PLM tooling, with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, and has:
• Hands-on experience as an architect or subject matter expert in the PLM field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM solution mapping, implementation, configuration, and customization in process and discrete manufacturing industries.
• Strong functional and technical implementation knowledge of Teamcenter, including raw material and formulation management, environmental compliance, quality management, p art and change management.
• In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and data model.
• Is fluent in Dutch (mandatory) & English.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global PLM rollouts and managing multi-regional implementations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
